Naturale Highlighter’s I Recommend!

Ciao Loves! Todays topic, is Highlighters! Don’t we all love our highlighters? What girl doesn’t love highlighting! It defines those angles in your face, gives off that shimmy shine and thats what makes us love it!! It usually comes in different forms either a cream, liquid , or even powder, and you simply apply this on your cheekbones, nose, a little on the center of the forehead, upper lip, and also the chin. Now, what this does is makes those areas shine, little bit of a shimmer. What makes it look the way it does is the pigments capturing and reflecting off the light. You may see models with their beautiful high cheekbones that are very noticeable in pictures, most of the time those areas are highlighted because they stand out and captures the model’s face. To sum it up highlighters make you look more glamorous and defines the strong assets of your face. Highlighting is the key, don’t forget highlighting! No highlighter, no glow.
Now, I’m going to start with my least favorite highlighter to my absolute favorite, remember all of them are great highlighters, I’m not bashing or talking down on any of them. They’re all amazing but I feel like each and every one gives you a different look, and I will explain how.

First one, Vapour Organic Beauty Trick Stick color Dazzle, as you can see this is a stick form, easy to apply, very pretty sheer gold highlighter. This is perfect if you want more of a settle, natural, very simple look not too much of a glow, basically if you want to glide this on quickly before heading out the door, I would recommend this highlighter. I personally, sometimes use this for an eyeshadow, because of the simplicity it gives off. This product will last you a while, because overall you don’t need much to highlight. You can purchase this product for 20$ at

My Second favorite is the au Naturale cosmetics Original Creme Highlighter color is ‘The OG’, this is also a stick form, much bigger and thicker than the Vapour Beauty so you do get more bang for your buck. Another great thing about this product, you can see more of that gold tint. Very pretty, blends really well, I would classify it as a medium tone coverage highlighter, meaning it is more bold than the Vapour Beauty Trick Stick. You can purchase this product for 32$ at

The Third one is the Alima Pure Luna Highlighter, this one is a loose powder highlighter, and I would have to say this is tied to the Josie Maran Highlighter I will explain next because this is so gorgeous when it is applied! The Alima Pure is not as pigmented as the others mostly because it is a powder. By it being a powder, I think it is easier to apply because you determine the amount of an highlight you want, glide it on with a small Duo Fibre brush, which is what I use for it. Easy simple, and it really glisten when the light reflects off of it, gorgeous. It is settle but it’s so shimmery and sheer, it’s definatly the right amount highlight for any occasion. This product is worth 24$ at

Last one is the Josie Maran Argan Enlightenment Illuminizer. The name is different than the others, this one says Illuminizer verses Highlighter, but both does the same thing, this product you can put all over with your foundation to give you that dewy look or you can just highlight those areas. The dewy look is very in now, and I personally love that look. So this is why it’s my favorite, because I can highlight or of course put it all over with my foundation. This product is very intense, definitely gold and very shimmery, makes that glow bold basically. So if you want that bright glow all over the face or on those areas, this is the one. The only con I have towards this product is the Ingredients, it is not as pure as I like it, and I know I did say I look at pure natural ingredients, don’t judge me! I only use this on special occasions, when I want that dewy glow. It’s not all bad but yes some ingredients in it I don’t prefer. This product is less than the au Naturale Highlighter,Purchase price is $26 at or at Sephora.

Those are my Four Highlighters I have used so far and I do recommend all of them! Like I said, depends on what your looking for, and if you want a powder or a liquid, or cream , that is your preference. Also, the ingredients is the most important part, yes we all want to look beautiful but we can’t if we don’t know what we’re putting on our face or clogging our pores with so below i listed the ingredients of each and every highlighter I talked about today. Do your research! Vapour Organic Beauty is more green, than the au Naturale, and Josie Maran has some ingredients I don’t care for, same with Alima Pure but their also free of a lot of ingredients we should stay away from. Look into them and read about their brand. Comment Below and share your opinions! Only good Vibes!
